The first ball in Ankara organized here on February 22nd, 1927. The first concerts, first scientific meetings, chess and billiard, horse riding contests were organized in that house, in that garden. The experiments of growing flowers and trees that is suitable for Ankara's climate were done here.

All the things that's done were special interests of İsmet İnönü's.

The Pink Mansion opens for free visits two times a year and lasts for almost a month period.
